Wasatch Electric is the newest tenant to move into the Intermountain Space Center in west Salt Lake City. Midgley Construction completed the building’s scope of work for the new tenant. To help with Wasatch Electric’s smooth transition into the building, we coordinated with all other tenants for the maintenance, upgrade and transfer of electrical service, fire & life safety modifications, construction of demising walls, HVAC unit replacements, and common area upgrades. www.wasatchelectric.com
