California Business Park Building #1
Midgley Construction, Inc. completed construction of a 145,000 square foot tilt-up warehouse for Hamilton Partners. This project is the first building of four planned warehouse facilities totaling approximately 670,000 square feet.
The owner has incorporated new energy saving technologies and aesthetic architectural design elements which will make this building stand out superior to other warehouse facilities in the area. Among them are insulated concrete sandwich wall panels, energy efficient warehouse lighting and high performance glass at tenant office entrances.
The project has been designed by Dave Robinson Architects and BHB Engineering.
Midgley Construction is currently underway with Tenant Improvements for Belter Steel in the south 1/3 of the building. Completion of these improvements is scheduled for Spring 2007.
