Ninigret 30 ACRE & 17 ACRE REMEDIATION
Midgley Construction, Inc. is currently underway with site remediation excavation on Ninigret Park Expansion. This ongoing project which encompasses over 400 acres will require an excess of 1,000,000 cubic yards of material to be reclaimed and treated to meet Utah Department of Environmental Quality standards. Once complete, the park will be developed to include a mix of flex space, cross dock warehouse, office and other developments.
