Intermountain Space Center, Dock Improvements, IFA and NYK Logistics Tenant Improvements
This project Included construction of approximately 3 acres of truck dock and staging area and new loading dock doors at the Intermountain Space Center on the West side of I-215 at 1700 South. Completed December 2006.
We negotiated the interior tenant improvements for Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) and NYK Logistics. These interior offices were completed January 2007.
Midgley Construction completed frontage curb, gutter, sidewalk and utility infrastructure improvements to subdivide excess property at facility.
