Midgley Construction recently completed construction of a negotiated build to suit lease for Ferguson Enterprises. Two separate facilities on 15 acres were constructed.
The Waterworks Facility measures approximately 20,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of office improvements.
The Xpress HVAC Facility measures approximately 95,000 square feet with 13,000 square feet of office improvements.
The two buildings sit on a shared 15 acre site in Ninigret’s Technology Park at 4400 West and 1500 South. At this location, they will store and distribute various plumbing, HVAC and site utility building materials and equipment.
